What You’ll Be Doing
• Be the first point of contact—welcome customers and set the tone for an excellent experience
• Listen, diagnose needs, and guide customers through repair decisions with clarity and confidence
• Present estimates in a way that builds trust and makes decisions easy
• Communicate proactively so customers always know what’s happening with their vehicle
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient, accurate, on-time repairs
• Manage repair orders and workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Create a customer experience that drives repeat business, referrals, and reviews
What We’re Looking For
• Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership background a plus)
• Strong communicator who can build instant trust with customers
• Confident presenting recommendations and closing approved work
• Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Positive, professional, team-first attitude
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus—but not required
